- My students age range from 5 to 78 years old
- My students have continued their music studies to respected universities, and have become professional
- I also have many students who are hobbyist, and enjoy progressing at their own pace.
- I hold three degrees in classical guitar performance from Southern Methodist University achieved on full tuition artistic scholarships
I enjoy working with people who are interested in learning and improving as a guitarist. My teaching style is personalized specifically for each student, depending on their goals and what approach is best for them, depending on how they learn best. I work to make my lessons comfortable, enjoyable, and inspiring.

Simply put, I'm getting a world class education on classical guitar. Nathaniel has been great at fulfilling my desire and need for instruction on "skills and drills", and my technique as greatly improved this past year. This year we're also working on ensemble and solo rep. He's an awesome instructor.

I would bring a laundry list of things for Nathaniel to cover in a lesson. He would search for music that would help address the technique, sound or rythem. This way I was almost always using music that I wanted to learn and play. He always asked for feedback which helped us both get the most out of our time. My playing, tone and musicality has moved to a whole new level. You will be fortunate to study with him.
