- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I described my method in my intro and on my website, due to my vast experience, I do not have a typical process for working with a new customer because I do not believe in "typical customers". I am aware of the unique needs and challenges that each person faces. That's why, my first and the only consistent rule that I use when working with a new customer is to make sure that we are communicating clearly and building trust so that I can bring as much as I can from my various resources and experiences into the process of achieving our goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As described in my introduction and on my website and social media, I have a diverse education, experience, and personal interests that relate to my work. I have BFA in Dance Anatomy and Kinesiology from California State University of Long Beach. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I was a competitive Ballroom Dancer and have taught Dance for a diverse demographic ranging from professional dancers to wedding couples. I am a certified Master Teacher with Minding Motion for Graceful Aging where we use creative movement therapy for people with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's. I worked with and coached actors for action films. And one of the most important details is that I healed myself after a serious professional injury that caused both physical and emotional trauma by using traditional and creative approaches to fitness, dance, and movement disciplines.
