- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will inspect any computer issue for $45, and if you decide to do the repair with me it will go toward the $75/hr rate. Most repairs will range in time depending on the severity of the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself and explain how the repair happens before taking on any commitments from the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
