- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices may not be the lowest but they are not the highest. We believe in honesty and integrity so when we say a price we commit to it 100% in contract unless its changed by client for adding or requesting different services rather than what's clearly outlined in the paperwork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal introduction so job can be Cleary verified and contracted by both all parties involved
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in moving and cleaning industry combined.
