FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Retain 2 days surveillance at 8 hr. Each day at a Flat non refundable rate and receive 4 hrs of surveillance free. However; our rates, fees are ALWAYS flexible. Every case is different and I will personally cater the fees and expenses in fairness to match the request. My job is to make the client's life easier, period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be open, up front, thorough, proactive and honest from the beginning, throughout to the close of the investigation. Confidentiality and communication is of the utmost importance. Allow the client to express their concerns uninterrupted, and their questions fully. The client is essentially "opening up" to a complete stranger about their life. Encourage them to ask questions and provide only the facts that they want to. A contract will specify the confidentiality. The Investigation will only begin when the client is completely briefed, their questions have been answered and a mutual understanding is on the table. Then I go to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by one of the most highly respected investigators in Manhattan, NYC.Training and education never stops in this industry. Society constantly changes which, in turn, causes the investigator to adjust his tactics and strategies. I have worked with some of the largest investigative agencies on the east coast on a variety of investigation types which has allowed me to gain such a broad knowledge of this industry. I began working as a P.I. in 1994 buried in the depths of the streets of New York City; a bustling, congested, fast paced environment which caused me to hone in on and perfect my "street smarts", and work ethic, with blending in and becoming inconspicuous as well as fine tune my social skills with the general public. This resulted in almost all interactions with the public during investigations and having the public have absolutely no idea what I was doing or who I really was. I have trained with security agencies in Florida and New York. I have trained and managed thousands of insurance fraud cases across the east coast, held SIU Mgmt and case mgmt positions, trained as an accident investigator and am a surveillance expert as well as train up and coming investigators on surveillance and covert practices and tactics.
