- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-home service call is a $50 minimum. Since all our work is guaranteed, there is no charge for a return trip (if necessary) if the work still covered by the warranty period (generally 60 days).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you via phone to discuss the problem(s) that you are experiencing with your computer. Owing to the complex nature of computer problems, I will not be able to give you an exact price without a proper on-site diagnosis. Additionally, diagnoses cannot be done over-the-phone. There are too many interrelated components in today's personal computer, thus diagnosing issues without the machine in question present, is impossible. You are welcome to bring your PC or laptop to me and will be able to diagnose it and present you with one or more solutions (depending upon the precise cause of the problem).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with computers since 1994. I have worked for two School Districts within Ventura county for more than 7 years. I have extensive experience diagnosing and solving both Desktop and Laptop issues, WiFi problems and network interoperability.
