FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to bring in new clients for a consultation to find out what there goals are and get to know them a little better. What they want from a trainer/coach, what they have tried in the past, what worked for them and what didn't. Then I like to complete body composition and circumference measurements, this will help track progress but also get on the right nutrition path as well. We will also touch a little on eating habits and making SMARTER choices.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hi, my name is Danielle Paetsch, and here is a quick blurb about me. I am a mom of two beautiful girls Makenzie and Kayleigh, who are the light of my life. I am married to Kevin an amazing man, husband, father, soul mate and best friend. I am blessed to have a very supportive and encouraging family! Fitness has always played a vital role in my life. I have always had a passion for fitness. After a great work out, you just have a great sense of accomplishment and you are ready to cease the day ahead. You just feel GREAT! But, when tragedy struck in 2010, I started to lose hope that I may never have a normal quality of life, let alone step foot into a gym again. About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Obstructive Lung Disease and began treatment. I pulled myself together and decided that this was NOT going to beat me and have met this disease face on. Being part of the research clinic at the University of Chicago Medical Center has truly given me another chance to live life to the fullest! I am thrilled to be back in the gym doing what I am passionate about. I am excited about now getting the chance to hopefully inspire, motivation, impact, and help others!
