As the Principal of Bluevine I have over 28 years of experience in complete interior design, project management, and have been a commercial and residential general contractor for 13 years in the state of Oregon and Washington. I specialize in affordable luxury that gives my clients the most personalized beautiful spaces for their money. I offer complete design | build services from new construction to single room renovation, and staging that uniquely reflects your lifestyle and vision – I eagerly listen to your needs and combine aesthetics, flair, and function.
I have an extensive background in the luxury hospitality industry, commercial, and exclusive residential design in both the SF Bay area and throughout the North West. I work with hotel managers, homeowners, realtors, and developers in presenting elegant, personalized, and branded inspiration to intended occupants. My designs have been influential in several prominent travel industry awards and feathered in publications such as Western Art & Architecture.
I currently have a free 20min online/phone consultation. If on-site is needed we comply with and request the use of masks, social distancing, and allowance of sanitization products. After a free, initial consultation, we work up a complete, personalized design plan (Scope of Work) for your review.
When you decide to use our services. I provide a digital folio with suggestions to kick off Phase I of your project.
Designer discounts are passed along to you with a 5% handling fee and all procurement needs to be billed separately in the base design fee. - giving you access to the widest selection of furnishings at the best prices. I can show you how using a designer can save you money, time, and help you avoid costly mistakes.
As a general contractor in commercial and residential I am fully licensed and bonded and provide all contractor and sub-contractor needs under one liable contract. Bluevine Studio has a strong history or wicked tight project management that now includes the strictest of the CDC Covid-19 requirements and beyond. Your safety is more important than any design.
