- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no additional charge to the customer for using our service. The commission is already built into the price, and we get paid by the hotel or resorts that we book with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will correspond via email or telephone to find out the exact needs of the customer. We do this by asking a bunch of questions to find out what kind of trip you'd like to have. We can then get to work on pinpointing the perfect vacation for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of travel experience and research under our belt. We have a comprehensive list of vendors that we work with to provide an array of options for our guests. We've completed destination training with most of our vendors, and attend weekly webinars with our host company to stay abreast of current travel trends and information.
