We had to move my mother from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to upstate New York (Cheryl, New York). American Van Lines has done an outstanding job on both ends. My sisters did all the packing and American Van Lines did the loading. They transported about 4000 pounds and they dropped it off on time. Within two hours of the call, they were literally at the door and there was no breakage. The folks at both the scheduling and transport side kept us informed every move they were making. I would make a call and ask where the truck is then five minutes later, they'd call or email me back and say, "The truck is in Bennington, New York." I had 28 years in the Navy and I had the government move me 18 times so I know what I'm talking about. The experience was far, above and beyond all expectations.

I am no longer worried about relocation's. I have a supportive team that will always be there for me. I have people whom I can trust when the worse comes to worst. iGreen Movers are the best relocation team and they are a reliable company. Moving me to North Carolina from Washington State greatly proves that. You are so amazing and I do appreciate.
I'm going to refer you to all my friends and family, and I want to give a personal thank you to Romeo, he was with us through thick and thin, when we needed him at 8PM to let him know we were not going to be able to receive delivery for another 2 days, they had no problem delaying for a day and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I will say the price ended up being little bit higher than the quote, but that's because we were on the fence about some appliances that ended up coming with us. We left them off the inventory because we intended on selling them.. But ya know, that never happened! LOL, if anyone wants a reference feel free to reply to my review and I'll kindly send you a DM so we can speak privately and I can let you know you're in the hands of real movers! Diane, WOW! You are part of one great group of people. Thank you so much for all that you did to make our move flawless! Please be thank Bob, Gene, along with his packing and loading crew and his unloading crew, as well as your boss Chris for a smooth move and smooth operations! My wife Carrie and I are impressed and appreciative to all of you. Carrie is very bossy and people might find her rude but she felt at ease with all of you and comfortable with each step of the move. I will call you on our next moves and have already recommended you to others. We were hoping our move would go great like on Undercover Boss and it went better! We were going from North Dakota to Minnesota and iGreen gave me stress-free and timely service. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and acceptable which was nice. They also called when I needed follow-up questions answered. There was some confusion establishing a delivery date for the move which was my fault, but everything worked out fine so it was no big deal. The delivery crew was awesome. They were very thorough and did a great job.
