I enjoy working with clients with big goals and helping them progress to reach them. My experience is with a variety of clientele from people suffering from an injury to elite athletes. Whether their goal is to be able to lift their arms above their head or medal at a world championship, I enjoy putting together a program specific to their needs that pushes them so they can be successful.
