Nathan is a great trainer, over the past 14 months he's helped me recover from spinal surgery, gain mobility and strength. As a certified dive master he's great with instruction, understanding limits, working healthy and all around a nice guy. 5 months ago we set a new goal for me to increase my body weight and overall strength. He helped me gain 20# in lean muscle and increase my one rep max on average by 25% in my bench press, squat, deadlift. All in 4-5 months!! He has certifications in Olympic lifting, nutrition and a few others.

I worked so hard to get in shape for my wedding and could not have done it without the help and support getBRITfit. I was initially hesitant to start lifting weights because as a female, I was afraid of bulking up but that is not the case at all. I am now toned, have definition, and have slimmed down. I was also having a lot of digestive issues and saw medical specialists without having any luck. getBRITfit helped me change my diet, set up a realistic eating plan, get me on track with nutrition and solved the issues I was having. I look and feel fantastic! I was able to lose 30 pounds and keep it off! I especially love all of the compliments I have been getting and felt beautiful in my wedding dress and swimsuit. Your dedication, patience, and commitment was extremely helpful. Scheduling appointments is easy and flexible and the studio is a nice size for one on one sessions. Nathan is great! Working with my schedule has never been an issue, he always takes the time to make sure I’m using proper form and answers any questions I have about a weekly workout plan or nutrition. I’ve never left a session without being drenched in sweat and pushed past my comfort zone (in a good way!). I’d highly recommend him. I’m looking forward to getting stronger and continuing our sessions together!!
