Basic Consultation and Partial Planning…Are you the classic DIY couple or natural planner but need someone to bounce ideas off of? Need little reminders, lists, help thinking of things you had not thought of before? $50/hour Day of Coordination…need someone to jump in and tackle all of the details day of? How about vendor coordination, so that you can relax and get to enjoying your day? $60/hour Full Service Planning and Production…Appropriate for estimated event budgets over $20,000. Starting at 10% of the event budget, help with just about everything, no matter what it is. Add the option to buy out my time exclusively. Starting at $2,000 Decorations…help with choosing a decor theme, working with the venue, ordering supplies, crafting decorations, installation and take down. Please inquire Wedding Officiant (non-religious)…marriage certificate filing, ceremony, rehearsal, and ceremony script development. $150 and up A la Carte Services…travel and lodging coordination, custom invitations, save the dates, programs, floral arrangements, bridal showers, baby showers, family activities, place cards, custom decorations, and rehearsal dinners. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person, and hash out ideas and get to know eachother and build a trusting relationship. I generally share my cell phone number in case they have questions or concerns at this point. I also utelize a survey tool that I designed to help clients and myself better understand their concept goals and ambitions.
