Introduction: Hello there, my name is Madison and I am a fully certified Pilates trainer and exerciser extraordinaire. I teach Classical style Pilates with emphases in core strength, stability, and efficiency in posture. Pilates is an incredible exercise modality used to balance and strengthen all systems of the body. Many clients describe Pilates as moving without even realizing you are working out! From weight loss to athletic cross training, I can help you keep focused while you reach your goals healthily and with enthusiasm. I believe that by mastering one's own strength, coordination and spacial orientation, one's body is thusly created beautifully from the inside out. Personal training and exercise should be tailored to your needs. I have intimate experience working with: - Athletes looking to cross train -Couples / Duets - Advanced Pilates practitioners - Injuries and limitations - Pre and post-natal clients - Weight loss goals - New to exercise I am a people person by nature, with a strong curiosity for biomechanics and exercise. I believe working out should feel good! I love seeing clients gain both strength and flexibility and seeing them experience the results they were hoping to receive. It is my life's work to help people find more bodily awareness and empowerment through movement.

I've been doing Pilates for about 12 years now. I've taken mat classes, the reformer classes, Wonda Chair, Jump Board, the privates, classical pilates, contemporary pilates... You name it, I've done it. But I never loved it as much as when I was taking privates with Maddy. She's precise (it's not about quantity but quality), she doesn't let anything slide and she switches it up every time. No two sessions were the same. She quickly saw what I was capable of and tailored every workout to what my body and mind needed. She challenged me more than any instructor had before and for most of my time with her... I was pregnant!!! We worked together until about a week before I delivered my son and we started on postpartum rehabilitation as soon as my OB said it was ok. I'm convinced that she's the reason why my pregnancy went so smoothly and why I bounced back as fast as I did. Look no further and book your sessions. Your body and your mind will thank you. Maddy is a gem! not only is she a fantastic instructor but she is an all around beautiful person and I'd give everything to have her back in LA...

I've had the pleasure of working with Madison in Los Angeles, I've taken group and private sessions with her. In group, she gracefully commands the class. In private, she addresses my special needs. I am a big advocate of classical pilates. Maddie is above and beyond your average pilates instructor with her experience, talent, creativity and knowledge. I highly recommend Madison Moves.

Maddie is hands-down the best Pilates instructor I've ever worked with. She is precise and clear with her instruction and effortlessly tailors each movement to your body's capabilities and goals. She is also very fun to work with and brings a personality to each session, making the time fly by. I worked with Maddie specifically on rebuilding strength and agility starting at three months postpartum and she was really knowledgeable on the effects of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood on the body.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    all pricing can be found on my website: madisonpagemoves(dotcom)(slash)payments I have an introductory rate of $165 for three sessions. I also offer sliding scale options for dancers, artists, senior citizens, and income sensitive clients.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, I encourage three sessions spaced within a day or two apart when one first starts to train. Working in this way helps you to learn the fundamentals of the work out and actually start to experience the benefits of a Pilates practice! It also helps me assess our goals and where the client's fitness level stands.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am fully certified through Pilates Technique Certification, 500 hours on all Pilates equipment.
