- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If more than one member of household signs up for lessons, I offer a $5 discount for each additional student. (Ex: Two children taking a half hour lesson each will be $55 instead of $60. Three half hour lessons will be $80 instead of $90).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free first lesson so you can get a feel for me and decide if it will be a good fit! We will cover some theory and determine the direction to head towards to help each student enjoy piano and achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing piano since I was 5 years old and have taught for over 5. As I was growing up in Southern Utah, my dad owned a music store. I have helped him promote and run his store and have breathed music most of my life. We now have a YouTube channel under PianoGents, where my dad and I play our favorite songs together on separate pianos.
