All of my Thumbtack clients will receive a 25% discount on my most popular coaching program. (as reflected in the price shown)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I base all of my coaching programs on the client. I am a client-centered coach - so, I like to learn more about my clients through two 30-minute meetings either in person, or via Skype, Zoom, or a phone call. So, we will spend the first sessions on behavior, beliefs, personality type assessments, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to effectively determine where the weak points are, and where the strong points are, so we can structure the appropriate programming for each individual client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EXPERIENCE: I have been in the Fitness/Health/Wellness Industry for 26+ years. I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for most of those years, a Fitness Instructor, Wellness Director, Health and Wellness Coach, and sat on Boards and Committees with the main objective being the Health and Wellness Industry and the Education therein. I have worked with many different types of people with multiple different abilities, capacities, diseases, and fitness levels, as well as ages ranging from 17 years old to 101 years old. I was a Wellness Director, Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer at an affluent retirement community working with the actively aging/independent residents for 10 years. EDUCATION: I have a B.S. in Health Education and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). PERSONAL GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Attending WINGS in Eugene, Oregon - a personal growth and leadership development seminar series. U.S. NAVY RETIRED VETERAN - proudly served in the US NAVAL RESERVES for 8 years.
