- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by having a you fill out a detailed questionnaire. This questionnaire tells us exactly what kind of event you would like to host, what services you need and how much you would like to spend. This questionnaire can be sent via email, mail or done in a face to face meeting. After completing the questionnaire, we put together and present you with an estimate and a portfolio of ideas for the event. If you decide to use our services, you then will need to put down a deposit of at least 20% and sign a services contract. The final 80% of the balance will be due no later then 7 days before the event.
