- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are priced based on the type of treatment. For chemical peels we charge per layer because not everyone needs the same number of layers! So it is customized to ensure you never overpay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send an appointment reminder via text or email (client preference) 1-2 days in advance. In that reminder we include a link to a secure client portal for filling out the applicable questionnaire ahead of time. Otherwise, when we greet a client upon arrival we have them fill out the online form in person. We go over the form and ensure the scheduled service is the correct one. We offer to use the restroom before beginning. Upon completion of the service we have water (with or without lemon) ready and offer coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We go over any skin, mind, or body findings and recommend appropriate follow-up service as well as any recommended retail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CA Esthetics license and a medical certification allowing me to do more Medical treatments such as: peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, LED therapy, hydrofacial, silk peel, and more. I also hold additional specialty certifications in: oxygen machine treatments, chemical peels, silk peel. I hold a certification in Makeup artistry and NovaLash Eyelash Extensions. I am finishing a "mindfullness" training program to use with guided meditation services and will be certified in nutrition summer of 2017.
