- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are able to service many types of work, each project is different. We are happy to answer specific questions about your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs are from people who just want to provide a facelift to their property. We offer such services as: landscaping, irrigation, home cleaning, junk removal, and holiday lighting. In each of these jobs, we start with a in-depth telephone conversation with our client to get a true feeling for what the customer wants and needs. We follow up with asking for photos. At this point, we create a portfolio and then send our Account Executive, our TM Property Management aficionado, to speak with the customer and provide you with a quote. This gives the customer a couple opportunities to give us the details of their project as well as provide us with any last minute ideas and concepts before we provide a quote. A quote is then given and a date is scheduled to complete the work. Partial payment is then taken. When customer is fully satisfied with completed work, we take final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service providers are fully licensed for every job. We are happy to provide this information to customers upon giving our quote.
