The Logan Moffett Team is very careful to set the expectation early on and allow our clients to move at a pace specific to their needs.

Ask questions that will let you know how experienced they are as an agent and what service they will provide to you. Make sure you get some guarantees. You get what you pay for, with that said there is nothing wrong with saving a buck. Don't save $.25 when it costs you $10.
