Introduction: I provide 1-on-1 personal training and nutrition/ meal plans. Not a single client of my own goes on a "diet". Everyone I train receives a structured meal plan and workout regime. The more a client sticks to their meal plans and works with me, the more the meal plan is customized to their specific body type and lifestyle. Meal plans are customized my height, weight, sex, activity level, and even blood type. I can provide meal plans for men and women who are bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, paleo, keto, diabetic, etc. I provided a professional and secure environment with my clients. Over time I will establish a great and personal friendship with each one of my clients!
