- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whatever we agree on at the time of estimate. It can be a standard rate or our hourly rate- $40 per man hour. Which ever it is, we go above and beyond to make your house shine! We do discounts on standard cleaning for ongoing services. This does not include one time or deep cleaning. First cleaning is usually deep clean which is extra, but that’s discussed when going over details and estimate. Move out/ Deep clean is $50 per man hour. Fridge and Oven cleaning, Laundry, Windows, etc- can be rolled into a package deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each clients situation is different, so we work out a deal based on their cleaning needs. We like to tour the house and discuss what they would like us to focus on, in addition to to basic cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child I have always loved to deep clean the house. I would even go to my friends house and we would play maids and clean. Washing dishes for me was never a chore, more like a therapy. Years went by, but I still enjoy cleaning, and that grew into a family business.
