Introduction: I have been a personal sports coach in the Raleigh area for over 10 years, serving student athletes focused on building their strength, speed, and agility.
My passion has always been in helping young athletes achieved their desired goals. As a former multi-sport athlete, I can relate to the need for individualized training to developed the skills necessary to achieve success in a sport.
In sports programs today, workouts and training are geared toward the entire team or large groups in targeted positions. Little time is devoted to individualized training and position improvement.
My program gives one-on-one attention in an effort to develop skills and teach fundamentals.
