Introduction: I'm a certified professional leadership and work-life balance coach that works with entrepreneurs, executives, and managers within the tech industry. I help people reach their personal and professional potential. I help my clients figure out who they want to be and break through anything that might be holding them back. We design the future and set goals together, and I challenge and support them as they work on the most important topics in their lives. I also operate as an objective sounding board and point of accountability for my clients. I use a process that encourages those I work with to direct their energy in a more constructive way, which research has shown increases satisfaction in several areas of their life, not just at work. Not only does the process create great feelings, but it also creates better habits and helps people try tasks outside of their comfort zone. I enjoy being part of the self-discovery process with my clients.
