- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always customize. We have base pricing for our packages however we make sure to cater our pricing to the specific vision of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important for us to get to know our clients. We start that relationship with an introductory phone call between the client and a member of our team where we discuss the details and vision of your event. Our lead event planner will then put together a personalized mood board or design board so that you can visualize your perfect setting. From there we take the reigns to plan your perfect day. We have an organized approach to communication to keep you updated each step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a combined team we have over 20 years of event planning experience.
