- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job is ever the same. This is why a physical walk through and bid is crucial. There is obviously a general ballpark pricing for driveways, walk ways etc., but yes each job still varies so much that there is no set pricing I can provide. Please feel free to call or email with some details about the scope of work you will be needing and I will be more than happy to give you a rough quote to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone decides to get some concrete work and the get in contact with us. I go out for no cost or obligation and meet them. We then bid the job together and create a possible work order and estimate. This estimate is typed up that night and an official version is emailed to the client. We then schedule your job and acquire any permits if necessary. After that we show up and do what we do best! We get the job done hopefully succeeding your expectations and leave you with a receipt and summary of all work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself as the owner have over 15 years of working experience. My father who still works with us occasionally shares his over 30 years experience and knowledge in the job planning and process end. Everyone who is on board with us has at least 10 years experience doing what they do. We enjoy the reputation of being seasoned in our industry and for that reason we are more equipped to solve complex problems that may arise mostly ones that other companies would not be able to figure out. We like to say when everyone else messes up don't hesitate to call on us to save your job and correct their wrongs. We understand from start to finish what needs to be done for a job to be executed correctly. We plan each job very carefully, so as long as we are left to really do what we need to do, they all come out great and we are always getting repeat customers.
