Recently, our third and youngest daughter was married at La Venta Inn in Palos Verdes Estates California. I told my daughter not to look for perfection with her wedding, because something always goes wrong. I told her there was no such thing as a perfect wedding.
Well, I was wrong! Being a seasoned mother of the bride, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that this wedding WAS perfection ! I attribute this to an enormous amount of preplanning, all done by Round Town Events. Both Carley and Lindsay made it clear from the beginning that they would do whatever was needed, and boy did they ever do a lot of work!
They put together color boards. They bought everything that the bridesmaids needed for the day of the wedding, including robes and gifts. They suggested gifts for the groomsmen, bought them and wrapped them . They delivered all of the welcome gift bags to out of town guests. The list goes on and on. Those things that I just mentioned I thought We were going to do, but they were more than willing to step in and take over. Consequently, it allowed us to have a stress-free wedding!
I highly recommend ROUND TOWN EVENTS for weddings, parties, just about any type of event. They will not let you down!

I plan a ton of events for work and knew that I could manage the logistics of wedding planning pretty well on my own. It wasn't until Carley stepped in that I began to understand how much a few personalized elements would make the day even more special. Carley's vision for our New Year's Eve escort cards (silver & gold party horns), glittered numbers displaying the midnight countdown along the dessert bar, and fluffy blankets for the guests during our outdoor ceremony really made a difference. From the guests' comfort to event flow to special little surprises, Carley took it all off my hands and allowed me to show up to a wedding that perfectly captured our style, enhanced the New Year's Eve theme, and was a great party for everyone. She coordinated all of my paper products (invitations, place cards, escort cards, program, signage) from design to proofing to printing. She was collaborative, provided input when needed, and shared my vision throughout the whole process. Can't thank you enough!

I hired Round Town Events for day of coordination for my wedding. They were great at putting up all my DIY decor and made the day go perfectly on the day of. They are flexible in creating the perfect package for your needs and budget. Additionally, I love that Lindsay and Carley are super hip and up to date on the latest trends, which is great for creating unique weddings. They were very approachable and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend RTE for any and all events!
