I had them mow the yard and trim the bushes and they did a fantastic job and then I recommended them to a friend and she got the same results! amazing business and really cheap considering the work

The son, Richard, was pleasant and did the best he knew how, I think. That is the only nice thing I can say. My whole experience with this company is very unnerving. It was unprofessional from the first time I called them to the job that was done. Both times that I called it went to a voicemail that said it was Jessica, nothing about it being a business. Someone called me about three times and it was always someone different who hadn't clearly communicated with the last person that had called. I started this process Monday or Tuesday and finally got the job "done" Saturday. They said someone would be there at 11. Finally at 11:30, someone showed up... Without a Lawn Mower! His wife had to go get one and took well over an hour. So in the meantime he did other work that I agreed to pay him extra for. And he used my tools. He was there for over THREE hours to do what takes my regular guy less than 30 minutes to do, and the job done is horrible. The son and owner are both Richard. The son was pleasant, as I mentioned, but he needs training and support. And I will never work with this company, Richard Keaton, again. And yes, I will spare my friends from using them.
