Introduction: When it comes to healing, I take the holistic approach, incorporating all aspects of mind, body and spirit. A healthy lifestyle plays a huge role when it comes to our emotions and how we currently view life. Not only do I coach clients on how to help deal with their emotions (anxiety, stress, etc.) , I also include energy healing and herbal medicine so they can continue to heal themselves. My coaching sessions include: Spiritual Advising Reiki Healing Guided Meditations Alternative Healing Health Coaching During our session we will dig deep, channeling your inner emotions. We will identify any mental blocks so you can learn to dodge your anxiety triggers. I will also help you develop holistic strategies to deal with these emotions. I include Reiki into my sessions, using healing energy to unblock any chakras. - Caitlin Barry

As a transitioning vegan, I had a hard time finding a coach that would respect my lifestyle choice of going vegan. Anima Naturals took their time to find out what's important to me and what my goals are. Anima Naturals did not just give me any kind of meal plan, but one that was unique to my age, height, weight and current health state. Being a mother of three, working full-time and being in school, having an idea of what to cook that is quick, easy, and healthy was another challenge for me. Ordering out was always my family and I go too. This new meal plan takes the guesswork out of "what's for dinner." Anima Naturals, thank you for help my family and I on our journey to becoming the best versions of ourselves.

When ANIMA first started her brand, I said to myself "Thank God." Her true soul radiates through everything she touches and when she is passionate about a person or subject you can believe that the highest quality of time and effort is put into it. I offer a complimentary sessions (1 hour) to those who are interested in working with me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After battling with anxiety and depression for a few years, I went through my own healing process. I then decided I wanted help others who have struggled like me and show them that we all have the power to heal ourselves and help them overcome their own feelings of anxiety or stress.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients consist of those who are trying to take more of a holistic approach when it comes to healing - emotional or psychical. I also have worked with clients that are trying to transition to a plant-based diet or a overall healthy lifestyle.
