Introduction: We offer Professional Personal Trainers who are current professional World Ranked Boxers. IBF & WBC Champions who have dedicated their entire lives to perfecting what they do including Nutrition, Fitness & Health as well as Self-Defense. We use Boxing to get you in the best shape posible.
We have developed 18 National, International and Wolrd Amateur Champions. Most of these champions came to us initially because they were to short for their age, over weight or simple shy.
But excite people and being able to keep them interested and motivated has allowed us to give them the confidence to compete.

I originally joined for fitness and quickly realized these trainers know what they are doing. They pushed me to places i didn't know I could go and taught me great boxing skills. I've been a member of other gyms in the past but nothing has compared to the expert training, attention and motivation these trainers offer. Class act!
