- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Staging: My standard pricing system is as follows: For occupied staging, the price is hourly and based on number of stagers, level of effort, and time to completion. If the house is vacant, the strategy is typically 1% of the list price at time or 1.00 per square feet. But, we work with our clients to ensure they stay within a profitable position under which they list their home. For all other services, we quote based on the requirement and could differ on each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical consultation is 1.5 to 2 hours based on the homes square footage and requirements. I enjoy educating my clients as I consult on each room. I then deliver a detailed report within 24-48 hours with the plan and pricing strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Project Manager with multiple certifications and degrees including Interior Decorating. I create and design, build, and restyle antique, vintage furniture and modern art for its new home. I am a big believer in Feng Shui and Biophilia principles and designing a home around the client's need for well being, happy emotions and overall good feelings and how each room can impact ones health in a positive manner.
