- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have package prices, some events need special attention. Just like there is no standard event, we have no standard pricing for each event. Give us a call so that we can make sure that all of your needs are covered. Then, we can price the event accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers starts with a phone consultation. We listen to what the customer wants. Then, we evaluate what equipment we need to facilitate the customer's needs. We then present the idea to the customer for approval.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The company started with a group of DJs playing weddings and parties. We started renting our gear to other DJs who didn't have speakers or lighting to do their own events. We then realized that not just DJs needed us. We decided to offer our services to anyone who needed them.
