Introduction: Virginia Grace is an event management company experienced in providing planning, design, direction and coordination services. Our mission is to delight and inspire our clients by providing unmatched management services to remove stress and create memorable weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.
I’m most inspired by listening to clients and hearing the unique details of their story and why they're planning a wedding or special event. Most often those details are incorporated into the décor, the meal, the music, or some other special moment during the event day. I travel domestically and internationally and find inspiration in the sights and sounds of other regions. I love bringing those inspirations to my clients.

I can honestly say that my husband's 70th birthday party would not have been as well put-together or as enjoyable (especially for me) were it not for Nadia Anderson and Virginia Grace Events. I called her initially because the hunt for a venue was getting complicated and I was not having much success. Within a short time, she had 2 venues for me to choose from with information about costs as well as food proposals. Her efficiency was amazing. She established a time line for that incorporated everything needed to make the party a success. This allowed me to know well in advance what I needed to get done and by when. She (not me) negotiated with all of the vendors and gave me options that would allow me to stay within my stated budget. She was readily available to discuss planning issues whenever I requested. The creativity of Nadia and Virginia Grace was evident in the beautiful invitations and response cards as well as the birthday sign in poster that she created.
On the night of the party I was able to completely relax and enjoy it and our friends while she kept a watchful eye on all the details down to taking my keys to put everything in my car.

VA Grace handled all of the important details to help pull off my wife's surprise 40th birthday party. Nadia Anderson of VA Grace embodied absolute professionalism and accuracy when it came to budgeting for the event as well as setting all details into motion. All I literally had to do was show up to the party and have a good time. I could not have pulled this party off without Nadia and VA Grace. Give Nadia all the details that you want for your party and she'll let you know if its do-able. If it isn't do-able at first glance, Nadia will make improvements to make sure your event goes the way you ultimately wanted it to go. Long story short, if you're not working with Nadia and VA Grace then you're seriously wasting your time and money with someone else.
