Introduction: Bikini Panini is a Richmond, Virginia-based food truck that started in January 2017 offering Mediterranean and Cote d'Azur-inspired pressed sandwiches and cuisine.
We're available for lunch, dinner, festivals, corporate events, private parties, brewery & winery events, farmers’ markets, construction sites, or any other food truck needs you might have!
Bikini Panini is a proud member of the Richmond Food Truck Association. Our current clients include Shockoe Valley Manufacturing, RVA Dental Care, Kindred Spirits Brewery, Castleburg Brewery and Taproom, Isley Brewing Company, Ardent Craft Ales, West End Farmers' Market, and Hardywood Park Brewery.
We're looking to add company lunches and daytime events to our growing food truck business.

We had Bikini Panini cater my wife's suprise birthday party. Laura and her husband did a fantastic job, and our friends and family couldn't believe we had a food truck on site. Laura provided appetizer trays inside, and guests went outside to order food. Her husband worked the "front of the house" and was friendly with our guests while Laura worked the "back of the house" and cooked all the food, etc.
These two were the nicest folks, and not only did our guests LOVE the food, but they loved Laura and her husband. They were kind, personable, and friendly. We loved hearing about their vacations all over the world (some of the inspiration for their menu items) as well as the story behind the truck.
Hard to believe they are new to the food truck biz - it felt like they'd been doing it a lifetime.
I can't wait to see them again at Ardent, Lickinghole Creek, or another private event. We actually contemplated going to Ardent the next night just to eat their food again.
These two were 6 stars on a scale of 5. Could not have been more happy with their service, food, and price.

Laura and Jim are kind, gracious and hospitable food truck owners (more rare than you would think). They make a tasty panini and always leave you with a good taste!

We used Bikini Panini as a vendor for our craft brewery, and they were professional to a T. We will certainly hope to have them out to join us again soon!

We have had Bikini Panini to our Brewery several times now, and we are never disappointed in the quality or taste of the food. Laura and Jim are delightful and we enjoy having them. We will continue to invite them to our business to offer delicious food to our patrons.
