C.J. is an incredible trainer, I've been working with her for 3 or 4 months. She will push and motivate you to your limit. She can go harder or back off depending on your feedback and she is always cautious to avoid injuries. She is professional, talented and a delight to work with. With her positive attitude and willingness to hold you accountable to your lifestyle goals, you will surely succeed! Her services are worth the cost-I've trained with C.J. and had her do meal preps for me- all of which have been excellent experiences. I can't recommend C.J. CJ offers a unique experience to working out. She tailors each session to you and your goals while pushing you to and past your limits. I’ve grown (and shrunk!) in ways I could never expect. She’s flexible to my schedule and she never cuts me short on time or quality. CJ is a well-rounded fitness guru and a great resource for not just exercise but also for nutrition and mental health. CJ has been awesome trainer to work with. I asked her to do outdoor workouts and she was completely accommodating. What I like best is she builds her workouts each time to increase the workout intensity without making you dread your workouts. They're always fun and I actually look forward to working out (crazy I know!) After 3 weeks I'm already seeing improvements in my conditioning and my strength. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If 8 sessions are purchased up front the client receives a discounted rate of $45/session, for a total of $360/8 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always begin with a FREE initial consultation in order to get to know the client better and find out more about their fitness goals, their current health, and general lifestyle habits. This can be done via phone, in person or facetime/video chat, at the preference of the client. If it seems to be a good fit for both parties we can discuss pricing options and set up our first workout! Payments are to be paid immediately POST the first workout in order to give the client peace of mind that they are investing in the right trainer/workout! I always take progress photos and measurements in the first session and every 8 sessions thereafter to ensure we are on the right track for meeting your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from VCU. Over 15 years experience in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Corporate Fitness Management, and more. I have several years of ACE Personal Fitness Trainer Cert under my belt.
