- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for the different services I provide for individuals or entities. But, I always cater my pricing to the specific request and customers ability, based upon their willingness to share and be honest about their means.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an initial assessment and evaluation based upon the core elements of their specific area of need, and then find out the current status and progress being made, and finally gage and document for them, their willingness to change, adjust or start over based upon the data I've collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduate level studies in both the secular (business administration/psychology) and sacred (divinity/theology) educational areas, with an experiential history and references that ranges from advising and consulting with everything from corporate CEO's to local community leaders and pastors.
