For many years I've maintained my fitness level through daily aerobic training. I felt stuck doing so as I have terrible back problems, I have no disk left at L4-L5. Then arthritis started to affect my knees from years of skiing and repetitive aerobics. I fell into a rut and had not worked out in at least 18 months. I'd put on 20 lbs plus. I could not continue the aerobics I'd been doing, my back issues made me feel I could not weight train and to add to that I have a labaral tear in one shoulder. Then I was introduced to Chad in late June of this year. Chad listened to all my issues and worked over several weeks to build a weight training program customized for me. It's not any easy task as he had to avoid loading my spine, yet strengthen my core, shoulders and legs. It's mid October and I'm down more than ten pounds. My shoulders and core are in better shape than they've been in years, if not ever. My knees are bothering me less due to the conditioning. More important than the conditioning, I feel good, I have a sustainable program and I am still making forward progress. I'm very thankful to have been able to work with Chad and take advantage of his football based rehabilitation experience, he's helped to change my life and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

I have been training with Chad for three months and I have quickly put on 20 pounds of muscle - which I desperately needed. He is unique in that he is always studying the latest and greatest training techniques and knows when and where to use each one. His attention to form and detail of the exercise is impressive. The same goes with his nutritional knowledge and advice.

Chad Collier is a great trainer!He knows all the machines&exercises for lifting weights!Great teacher!

This past summer I trained with Chad during his Strong Performance Training Boot Camp. As someone who doesn't enjoy sweating or working out, it was the most fun I've ever had training. He kept the workouts fresh and exciting every time. He also paid very close attention to details, giving easy to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions, and actively coaching to make sure everyone performed the exercises correctly in order to get the best benefits from each exercise. Chad was very personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
