- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No set pricing . All jobs are individually priced based on materials and time involved. For example, a standard basic hem on pants could range in time depending materiel or machine set up. Some more involved jobs may need a visible quote before I can accurately guarantee the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's talk about expectations via text or a phone call. I have a portable machine so I can do custom fittings in you're home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years experience, iam a supervisor who oversees a team of people sewing projects ( etc. backpacks/ laptops , military equipment on the Manufacturing floor in the Rochester area.
