FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The New Leaf Remodeling experience begins with a consultation in our design studio to define your project objectives. Our studio simplifies product selection by offering samples of almost all the products you will need, including countertops, plumbing fixtures, and flooring Each project is assigned a project manager, who will work with you to establish your budget and then design your project to get the most value for every dollar you spend. Your project manager will visit your home for detailed measurements and to understand your personal style and vision. You will then be invited to view the preliminary designs at the New Leaf office, where your project can be seen in renderings. Some changes in the plans with pricing alterations can be made on the spot, often dramatically reducing the time needed for the design/pricing cycle. Once work begins, one of New Leafs experienced expeditors will perform as an on-site project manager and serve as your liaison someone who can answer questions and provide updates on a daily basis. Upon completion, we will walk through with you to make sure your project has been completed to your satisfaction.
