- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Initial Interest Somehow you saw us. Maybe on social media or at a bridal show, or maybe even a friend said you should check us out. Whatever way you heard about us, there was a twinkle in your eye and a skip in your heart that said "maybe this could be right for me". The 1st Meet The first step to any relationship is the 1st meet. You have questions and so do we. Are we compatible? Do we want the same things? Will we work well together? Could we be friends? Either by phone or video chat, whichever is most comfortable for you, we'll meet and get all of these questions answered. The Background Check You obviously wanna make sure that we're not some weirdo creep & that everything we told you is true. We'll provide you with samples of work, reviews & even references if you'd like, so that you have everything you need to confirm that we are who we say we are. The Commitment So we've gotten to know each other a little bit, you've probably dated some other people, and checked us out. Now it's time to commit. We send you our agreement and`you make your initial investment in us, then the fun begins. The Relationship Depending on your commitment level of this either being a long term thing or a short fling, we'll meet for some face to face bonding and have an open line of communication through email, text & calls. We also don't believe in passwords, so you'll have complete access to all of our resources & things we spend our time on. In fact, we'll even put it all in a central location for you to access whenever you want to. When you really need us, we'll be there, in position, ready to help with whatever you need. The Break Up We don't believe in break ups & hope to just evolve our relationship into more of a long distance kind of thing. We want to stay in touch and make sure you know that our door is always open. We want to celebrate with you all of the moments life has in store for you & be there to serve you in them too!
