- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will respond as quickly as I can and estimate a total cost for the issue. Sometimes this is difficult without obtaining additional information about the computer or parts needed. Therefore, I communicate additional questions to try to help the customer decide how to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in computer science and have been working in the field for over 15 years. I am A+ certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved technology and wanted to focus my career on this passion. Combined with my love for working with people, computer repair is the perfect match.
