- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on what types of services you request, however I try very hard to make my prices affordable to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with asking each client what their goals are (ie: fat loss, strength gains, training for a spartan race) and what they enjoy doing (ie: sports, hobbies, etc) to better personalize their workouts. Then I take their body fat percentage and perform functional movement screenings to get a baseline so that they can see their progress over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute which requires you to have a firm understanding of the theory and practice of personal training, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology. I'm a certified Bone Health Specialist which allows me to design workouts that strengthen your bones and help prevent or even reverse the effects of osteopenia and osteoporosis. In addition to these I'm a Soccer Conditioning Specialist.
