- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Justin believes that setting specific, well-defined goals is essential in maximizing the effectiveness of his programming. His coaching philosophy consists of a process that sets goals to establish the primary focus of each program. Justin then helps clients identify and address any problems that have prevented them in the past from achieving their fitness and performance goals and provides guidance to help overcome possible obstacles and ensure success. Through this guided process, clients change their beliefs and in turn, shape behaviors that are more consistent with accomplishing their objectives.
