- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers pay nothing! Commission is paid by the Seller of home you purchase. Sellers - I will offer several service plans with different levels of payment options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you as a person - how you live your daily life, do you like to entertain, do you have pets, what activities do you enjoy, etc. By getting to know you and your likes and dislikes, I can understand how to best help you with your real estate needs. If you are a buyer, I can find a property that fits your life style. If you are a seller, getting to know you helps to plan marketing and showings around your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed real estate agent since February 2003. During that time I have worked with several builders learning the construction process from the ground up. This has greatly helped me to understand the value in how a home is built and helps to ensure my clients home investment is a smart choice.
