- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with customers on a daily basis with our pricing. A '1 size fits all' pricing doesn't account for the differences you find in each and every home. Our maids will do a better and more detailed job than any of our competition and although our prices may be slightly higher, we have found that customers continue to come back time and time again even after trying out other companies because the level of service is so much better. We are willing to do what we can to earn your business so if you feel our price is too high but you REALLY want that special clean only we can provide, contact us directly to see if we can work with you on your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can expect to be amazed in every interaction they have with our company. We use every communication as a chance to WOW our customers. We offer 24/7 support and emergency same day services which you won't find with a lot of other companies. Our level of service extends into every conversation we have as we make sure that we are giving you the best price for the best clean in the East Dallas/Rockwall area and surrounding communities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our maids have experience and we go through a training session before they are allowed to enter customers homes. We also send new hires with our seasoned pro's to make sure they learn all the tricks of the trade. Our maids are all rated after each booking and are incentivized to provide top levels of service to each of our clients. We do a full background check and in person interview to ensure that the bookings we provide are fulfilled to the highest standards.
