- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: A Simple Conversation It all starts with a simple phone call. You’ll have some questions for me and I’ll have some questions for you. This isn’t a sales call. Consider it more like a hassle-free strategy session for the trip of your dreams. In the end, we’ll both know if we’re the right fit for each other. Step Two: Review Your Options We’ll get to work utilizing my pool of resources, knowledge and experience and I’ll reach out to my close contacts around the world. I’ll present you with some options that match what you’re looking for. You’ll have the opportunity to review these ideas and provide your feedback. Step Three: Collaborate With Me Maybe the options I’ve provided are perfect or maybe they need some refinement. In working with me, your Travel Planning Expert, I’ll encourage you to request adjustments to the options, make suggestions or give me the green light. Feel free to provide me with as much or as little input as you wish. The choice is all yours! Step Four: Enjoy You’re off to have the time of your life. Most often things go exactly as planned. But sometimes, things can happen. Airline delays, weather troubles, emergencies at home. In the off-chance you need help while away, I’m here. Consider me your lifeline.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
