- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on location, traveling, and the amount of sessions per week. I will send a quote contingent on the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The following steps are followed for new customers: 1. Discuss goals and needs over the phone 2. Schedule the first appointment (day, time, and location) 3. Take pictures, weigh-in, and measurements (if client agrees) 4. Assess the client's fitness level 5. Conduct an introductory training session 6. Discuss future goals and expectations from trainer and client.
