- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my clients, I have an hourly rate that is paid at the end of each day. I stay at assignments as long as a client needs me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like for them to tell me what they see as the end result, I would assess their current processes and work with them on the area that will be suggested for improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my 40 years as a business professional, I have had the pleasure of working in every department, from customer service to shipping, accounting, procurement, and sales. This has led me to an operations manager where I was able to review the process within and between departments to better utilize workflow and efficiency. I have assisted numerous entrepreneurs and small businesses in improving their processes to make them more efficient and help them update tasks to a faster way to do it. Based on my experience, I have been successful with organizing homes, paperwork, and assisting in medical bills using the analytics I have been using for all of my experience in business.
