Introduction: I am a certified vinyasa yoga instructor. I absolutely love to teach yoga, pranayama (breathing) techniques and how to achieve the most out of your practice. Beginners are always welcome, I can teach you the proper alignments of the poses to avoid injury and how to deepen the pose if you prefer a challenge.
I enjoy seeing the student "let go" on their mat, seeing them step out of their element if they are trying yoga for the first time and also being able to witness students getting the full mental and spiritual experience and not just a physical work out.
