We enjoy getting you back online especially when you think all is lost. At the very least we can almost always save your data (documents, pictures, music, etc.) Even if we have to put them on a new or used PC/Laptop.

My laptop is old and the screen hinges were bad. The LCD would just flop back and forth. I had to put a pillow behind the screen.
ACE replaced the LCD hinges and did a whole software checkup. They didn't add or remove any software, just gave some very good advice in addition to fixing the screen hinges. A+++

Brad has always taken care of all my computer needs. He built my first computer and has maintained and updated all of mine in the last 18 years. It would be nice if he wasn't so far away (900) miles but that shows how much I trust him, to pay the shipping costs. Now that my son is in college he also takes care of his laptops. Brad has a lot of knowledge, experience, honesty and does not over charge you. He will not return it to you until it is running the way it should be.
