- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always negotiable. On the average we quote $30 to $40 per hour, but a personal assessment of the job will determine the final pricing. Most jobs are completed with 3-4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's no better way to initiate with a customer than a personal introduction. A mutual visual assessment of the individuals, as well as of the area/home where the work is to be performed, is the best way to create trust and agree upon mutual terms for the job. Our goal is to create a long lasting relationship with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thinking back as far as my initial formation in catholic boarding school where the emphasis of the education was home economics: learning the proper and effective ways for running the home. By the sixth grade we were trained to tackle tasks from embroidery and knitting, laundering and ironing, cleaning and organizing, cooking and baking, to sweeping and gardening. That was just the beginning! B.S.in Business and Marketing - 1985 A.A.S. in Economics - 1982 Managed three households of Foreign Legislator 1994 - 2007. We were responsible for every aspect of his personal and family (2 children) agendas: housekeeping staff (7 people), chauffeurs, cooks, payroll, formal events, travel, schools and activities, etc. Those years provided us with the opportunity to fine tune our organizational capabilities which we apply in every project today.
